With this philosophy as a guide, the Sales and Client Service departments participated in a specialized training seminar in September, designed to enhance teamwork, strategic thinking, and commitment to our goals.
The seminar was conducted by the company Response with the lecturer Mr. George Drakoulakos and focused on four key areas:

  • Improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams.
