Obtaining the FSSC 22000 certification marks another solid step in our ongoing investment: strengthening food packaging safety and quality in meaningful ways.
With the FSSC 22000 certification, we further reinforce our commitment to the highest production standards, ensuring full compliance with international requirements – especially for packaging applications designed for direct contact with food.
FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) is one of the most widely recognized international standards for food safety management. It is acknowledged by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative), a non-profit organization established in 2000 with the mission of improving food safety management across the entire supply chain through the harmonization and recognition of global standards. GFSI considers certifications such as FSSC 22000 and BRC as equivalent, ensuring that certified companies meet the same rigorous quality and safety requirements.

The certification covers our key packaging solutions for direct food contact:
- Self-adhesive labels
- Shrink sleeve labels
- Flexible packaging
Particularly in the field of flexible packaging, alignment with international standards is more than a compliance milestone for forlabels – it is a strategic commitment. Through ongoing, targeted investments in expertise and advanced systems, we ensure uncompromising quality, safety, and full traceability across every stage of production, delivering solutions that safeguard products, support our clients, and keep pace with the evolving demands of the market.
At the same time, our participation in the ELLA – DIKA MAS initiative reinforces this commitment, highlighting our dedication to responsible Greek production and sustainable growth.
