Objective:
Vasilakis Estate specializes in the production and packaging of olive oil from the land of Crete. The open-minded approach of the company and its label designer was to create packaging that would showcase the product’s values while allowing the product itself to “speak” with its own attractive appearance and brilliant color. The solution chosen was a clear of clear label—a transparent label that highlights the product without covering it, enabling both the artistic elements of the packaging and the product in its “bare” natural form to coexist harmoniously.

Outcome:
The product gained an exceptionally attractive and unique image, successfully highlighting values such as purity, authenticity, and naturalness, while also conveying a sense of luxury that makes it stand out in its category. This design approach helped build a loyal customer base who could “experience” these values through the packaging. Additionally, the clear of clear label provided the designer with an opportunity to explore creativity in a new way, resulting in the packaging winning several prestigious awards.
