Position: Client Service Executive
We are seeking a client-focused and well-organized professional to join our team as a Client Service Executive.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, overseeing project workflows, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client communication, providing timely and accurate support
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, pricing and order status
- Oversee the full order lifecycle – from receipt and processing to monitoring, delivery, and after-sales follow-up
- Ensure all client orders are fulfilled according to agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues with a customer-first mindset
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, quality control, warehouse) to resolve any operational challenges
- Advise clients on suitable products and services based on their needs and requirements
- Prepare and send quotations to existing and potential customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes by providing feedback and identifying areas for optimization
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination (preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments)
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- A proactive, team player with a positive and client-first mindset
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the label or packaging sector
