Position: Client Service Executive

We are seeking a client-focused and well-organized professional to join our team as a Client Service Executive.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, overseeing project workflows, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client communication, providing timely and accurate support
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, pricing and order status
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle – from receipt and processing to monitoring, delivery, and after-sales follow-up
  • Ensure all client orders are fulfilled according to agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, resolving issues with a customer-first mindset
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, quality control, warehouse) to resolve any operational challenges
  • Advise clients on suitable products and services based on their needs and requirements
  • Prepare and send quotations to existing and potential customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes by providing feedback and identifying areas for optimization

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination (preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments)
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive, team player with a positive and client-first mindset
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the label or packaging sector
