Position: Graphic Prepress Operator
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Prepress Operator to join our team and contribute to the success of our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare artwork files for digital and flexographic printing
- Optimize customer files for print readiness
- Create step & repeat layouts and color separations
- Manage digital proofs and oversee color approvals
- Generate reports and support technical prepress-related issues
- Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and production departments
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
- Familiarity with Esko software (ArtPro, Automation Engine) is a strong plus
- Good understanding of color management, trapping, and prepress workflows
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong team spirit and a sense of responsibility
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the label or packaging sector
